Ben Fogle: my favourite activity is the sky trekking
Extreme adventurer and TV personality Ben Fogle recently wrote in his column in the Sunday Telegraph newspaper about his time at the University of the Great Outdoors festival at Hampton Court, Herefordshire.
In the article he says "My favourite activity was the sky trekking, a series of wires connected to the surrounding canopy giving you a wonderful bird's-eye view of Herefordshire and Wales"!
